Job Summary
Senior executive role leading enterprise quality across manufacturing sites, responsible for Quality strategy, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives including QMS, audits, NPI quality, supplier quality, and field/customer quality programs. Drives Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, establishes standardized quality processes, monitors KPIs (e.g., first-pass yield, scrap, cost of poor quality), oversees PFMEA and control plans for NPI, and partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Service to optimize product quality and reliability. Reports to executive leadership, champions quality culture, and develops organizational capability through talent development and leadership. Based at Plymouth, MN with onsite or hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years; incl 12+ years people leadership experience
- Experience in Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean Manufacturing, ISO or SPC techniques
- Experience working in a unionized organization is preferred
