Job Summary
Lead regional property management teams to drive financial success through meticulous budget oversight, strategic planning, and portfolio performance evaluation. Achieve targeted Net Operating Income by managing revenue streams and expenses while collaborating to meet occupancy and revenue targets. Provide guidance and mentorship to Regional and District leadership, developing a people strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances resident satisfaction. Uphold real estate licensee integrity, enforce company policies, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive peers. Contribute to annual budget development and champion the organization's mission to foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in property management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- 5-7 years of leadership experience directing large, cross-functional teams within a decentralized structure
- Valid driver's license
- Must be willing to obtain a State Real Estate License within a designated period after start date
- Experience building leadership teams and working in consumer-facing industries
- Proficiency in budget planning and financial management
- Demonstrated strategic planning skills and ability to develop a people strategy aligned with business needs
- Track record of achieving consistent results and influencing senior management and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate operational and business concepts effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in single-family rental or large-scale residential property management
- Experience leading teams across a decentralized, multi-market regional structure
