Vice President, Property Management

Executive leadership role leading the launch and operational buildout of an internalized property management platform. Responsible for creating scalable operational infrastructure, building and training high-performing teams, implementing systems and reporting standards, and driving property performance across a portfolio. Oversees property operations including leasing, resident experience, budgeting, compliance, and reporting; manages onsite Property Managers across assets. Key contributions include establishing property-level KPIs and performance benchmarks, developing scalable operating procedures, driving occupancy and NOI growth, enforcing SOPs, and maintaining consistent customer service and reporting. Will guide technology adoption (ERP/CRM/PMS) and data visibility, ensure regulatory compliance (Fair Housing, OSHA, local regulations), risk management, and vendor coordination. Strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in internalization of property management and operational transitions and familiarity with relevant platforms like Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, Salesforce, or similar.
