Job Summary
VP of Project Operations leads end-to-end execution for DCS Core across engineering, project management, and site operations; accountable for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards while fostering ownership, accountability, and client-satisfying results. Responsible for setting KPIs and performance rhythms, driving portfolio performance, ensuring designs are executable and transitioned to delivery, strengthening collaboration between engineering and operations, delivering safe and high-quality installations, and providing data-driven reporting to executive leadership. Requires extensive leadership of multidisciplinary teams, a data-driven, high-accountability approach, and the ability to align design, delivery, and field execution with business objectives. Required Qualifications
- 12+ years leading project operations, engineering, or delivery in complex environments
- Proven ability to drive execution performance and increase accountability
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering and operations
- Strong operational discipline with a results-driven mindset
- Data-driven, decisive, and comfortable in high-accountability environments
- Effective communicator and leader of high-performing teams
- Success in delivering on-time, on-budget projects and achieving client satisfaction
- Ability to standardize processes, tools, and reporting to improve predictability and consistency
- Experience coordinating design, delivery, and field execution
