Job Summary
Vice President – Project Manager leading Capital Markets Transformation initiatives. Responsible for designing and maintaining front-to-back project plans, leading cross-functional working groups, preparing senior management materials, forecasting and budgeting, risk assessment, and delivering project objectives within deadlines. Requires strong stakeholder engagement with Front Office, functional teams, and global Capital Markets segments; proficiency in project management tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence) and knowledge of Capital Markets products (e.g., derivatives, loans). Position involves coordinating with Global CMT colleagues, business managers across equities and fixed income, operations, finance, compliance, technology, and third-party consultants; offers competitive total rewards and a senior leadership growth path.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business/Finance/Project Management or related field
- 8 – 12 years of experience in financial services (preferred)
- Prior project management experience with leadership, problem solving, and relationship management
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence
