Job Summary

Lead end-to-end program delivery across 8–16 concurrent workstreams, managing cross-functional teams and optimizing resource capacity for complex digital communication resources and market access engagements. Own portfolio budgets, job estimating, and forecasting while driving financial write-ups through proactive scoping, contracting, and margin protection. Architect delivery strategies around Veeva Vault and CRM configurations, mitigating integration risks and guiding teams through medical, legal, and regulatory review workflows. Establish operational standards, deploy AI-enabled workflow tools, and serve as the ultimate escalation point for high-pressure launch scenarios. Partner with Client Services to define delivery methodologies and scope new business pitches, ensuring seamless interoperability across modern CMS and design ecosystems.

Required Qualifications

  • 15–20+ years of progressive project, program, and delivery management leadership experience within a digital agency, pharmaceutical marketing company, or digital product consultancy
  • Track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and managing geographically distributed teams
  • Deep operational fluency in Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM, with a comprehensive understanding of how varying client configurations impact requirements, QA, MLR approvals, and deployment
  • Strong familiarity with major CMS/DXP platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, SharePoint) and design systems (Figma, Miro)
  • Proven success managing complex budgets, forecasting, SOW development, and pricing models, with a demonstrated history of optimizing project profitability
  • Deep mastery of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies, with the ability to customize delivery frameworks to match client-specific environments
  • High proficiency with enterprise portfolio management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Ziflow, etc.) and a forward-looking approach to integrating AI/productivity-automation tools into PM workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Desired Qualifications

  • advanced degree or PMP/Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe)
  • Baseline understanding of Managed Markets, Market Access, payer communications, and reimbursement communications
  • Expertise in navigating complex MLR/regulatory review workflows in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
  • Experience implementing advanced workflow automation, AI agents, or enterprise innovation platforms
