Job Summary
Vice President of Project Leadership with Biopharma/CRO experience to drive operational excellence across a dynamic study portfolio. Responsible for leading project delivery, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met, owning profitability, margin expansion, and cash flow targets, driving data compliance, analytics, and process improvements, participating in risk and quality governance, building cross-functional partnerships, developing talent, managing performance, and leading department/enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Requires extensive leadership in a global matrix and the ability to influence executive stakeholders; education includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (advanced degree desirable).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of project leadership experience in BioPharma or CRO
- Proven track record leading high-performing teams in a global, matrix environment
- Experience managing complex clinical trial portfolios across multiple phases
- Strong business and financial acumen
