Job Summary
Develop project control systems and processes integrating scheduling, cost estimating, change management, and reporting across Vantage's Construction Program. Establish standards for planning and scheduling, oversee regional and project schedules, and maintain a schedule database to drive best-in-class targets. Manage costs using Vantage software dashboards with real-time telemetry, contribute to month-end financial forecasting, and develop risk management plans with mitigation strategies. Produce real-time status, KPIs, and predictive analytics reports for project teams and management while ensuring contractor compliance with data inputs. Collaborate with global teams to harvest lessons learned and partner with New Site Development and CCF to provide unified approaches.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls
- At least 7 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience preferably within the data center or similar mission critical sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project control software and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Travel required is expected to be up to 35% but may increase over time as the business evolves
