Job Summary
Vice President Product Manager for Proprietary Wallets & Lending Innovation leads the development and launch of innovative digital wallet products. Acts as the voice of the customer, guides product strategy, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-quality solutions. Responsibilities include developing a product strategy and vision, driving discovery and market research, owning and refining the product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap, building frameworks and tracking metrics (cost, feature/functionality, risk posture, reliability), partnering with Technology, Design, and Analytics to lead development, monitoring goals and planning implementations, maintaining executive stakeholder relationships, and ensuring a strong risk and controls environment (Risk, Controls, Legal, Compliance). Required qualifications emphasize 7+ years in payments product management, online payments experience (card tokenization, digital wallets, e-commerce), APIs and Agile lifecycle expertise, and proficiency across the product lifecycle. Preferred qualifications cite experience in a matrixed organization and authorization to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship). The role is located in New York, NY, United States.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in payments product management
- Experience in online payments including card tokenization, digital wallets, and e-commerce payments
- Strong knowledge of APIs, engineering practices, and the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
