Job Summary
VP Product Manager for CLO Primary within Credit Tech Financing leads end-to-end product development, shaping strategy and launches for platform services that automate key processes and deliver measurable value. Serves as voice of the customer, guides backlogs and roadmaps, collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, resilient, and high-quality client experiences, and drives successful deployments that enable the desk to tackle higher-value work. Emphasizes discovery, market research, KPI/OKR tracking, and stakeholder alignment across Product, Technology, Operations, Servicing, Legal, and Compliance to deliver value and modernization goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, portfolio management, or management consulting - within financial services, payments, or technology
- Knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Identify high-ROI AI use cases and create roadmaps
- Translate user needs into AI product requirements with value
- Structured and strategic thinker, effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated track record of driving change and transformation in a complex organization
- Ability to work independently, manage expectations, and communicate effectively across teams and time zones. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and JIRA
