Job Summary
VP Product Manager within the Payment Experiences & Services team; lead the development and delivery of platform services enabling customer-facing payment experiences and supporting modernization initiatives across Chase. Responsibilities include managing multiple development teams, navigating complex data environments and driving data replication solutions, aligning platform development with modernization timelines, advocating innovative data approaches, overseeing product backlog and roadmap, facilitating sprint planning, and building relationships with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Servicing, Legal, and Compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital product management, financial services, technology, or project management
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Subject matter expertise in payments architecture, data replication, and digital platforms
- Proven track record managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and agile development teams in a matrixed environment
- Experience navigating complex data environments, including legacy and modernized systems, and driving data replication solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Proficient with MS Office tools, JIRA, and Confluence
- Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in business, technology, or related field
