Vice President - Product Manager - Home Lending

Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Home Lending responsible for defining and prioritizing product backlogs, partnering with engineering and design teams, conducting user research and usability testing, leading Agile ceremonies, and delivering data-driven product improvements. Expect to craft and maintain product roadmaps, monitor performance metrics, communicate progress to stakeholders, and stay informed on industry trends to drive differentiation. Requires a customer-centric mindset, visionary leadership, strong collaboration and communication, technical acumen, and experience with Agile methodologies. Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma) and project-management software (e.g., JIRA, JIRA Align, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred. Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product/Program/ Strategy experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Agile methodology experience (Scrum or Kanban)
- Proficiency with product roadmapping, user research, and usability testing
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver data-driven outcomes
