Job Summary
Vice President of Product for Chase Travel Corporate Solutions (CTCS) leads the SMB growth and strategy for a digital-first SMB travel experience. Responsible for defining and evolving the SMB product vision, driving growth through experiments and partnerships, leading discovery with customer interviews and data analysis, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Focus areas include setting product strategy, prioritizing opportunities, conducting funnel analytics, turning insights into actionable initiatives, and communicating strategy and progress to executives. Requires extensive senior product leadership, a track record of growth initiatives, strong analytical and storytelling skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management, growth, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience designing and implementing growth experiments and interventions
- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, funnel analytics, customer research, and conversion analysis
