Job Summary
Define and implement the Freenome product roadmap across assay development, digital health, and the data platform, integrating AI/agents to support early cancer detection. Lead a multi-disciplinary team of product managers, coaching for continuous growth while driving decisions through clinical, scientific, and quantitative analysis. Own the overall portfolio strategy, aligning R&D pipelines with regulatory, market access, and patient preferences. Establish decision-making forums to prioritize competing dynamics and represent the company as a thought leader at industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in product management
- Minimum of 10 years leadership experience building and cultivating high-performing teams
- Prior oncology, primary care, and consumer experience
- Prior in vitro diagnostic product launch experience
- Strong understanding of the diagnostics market, including regulatory and compliance landscape, competitive dynamics and customer and patient behavior
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products in a competitive market
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles and methodologies, with experience leading customer-centric initiatives
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, partners, and teams
