Job Summary
Drive product planning and define short-term and long-term roadmaps by collaborating with Business, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to understand feature requirements and prioritize tasks. Lead visualization and conceptualization through low-fidelity wireframing, then partner with UX/UI designers for high-fidelity mockups. Own the full product lifecycle by writing functional specifications, managing Scrum Sprint-based releases, and ensuring quality through UAT. Execute go-to-market strategies by planning training and demo sessions for operations, sales, and support, while driving branding, blog content, and product launches with the marketing team. Manage all deliverables including documentation, marketing collaterals, and external debriefings. Leverage strong analytical skills to perform market research, conduct audience segmentation, and articulate business insights from data to guide hypothesis-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 9-12 years exp. in Product Management Experience in a Web/Mobile App based Product.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as product manager in a startup.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as product manager in a bigger organisation.
- Full-time Bachelor Degree from Tier 1 colleges.

- Ability to handle ambiguity and change.
- Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills.
- Strong analytical ability, knows hypothesis-driven decision making, ability of data interpretation and able to articulate business insight from data analysis.
- Perform Market Research and analysis (both primary and secondary research).
- Performance optimization, behavioral profiling, audience segmentation and classification.
- Think quickly, communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the product, data, engineering, QA, Operations, Marketing and business teams.
- Customer management and excellent communication presentation skills.
- Quick to identify new opportunities understand emerging IT trends Technical Architecture.
- Adept in the art of negotiation, prioritization and conflict management in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to manage teams and build close relationships with different team members.
- Technical experience will be a plus.
