Job Summary
As a Vice President, Product Delivery Manager for the Connected Commerce area within the Proprietary Wallets team, you will lead the delivery of fintech payment platform initiatives that underpin Chase digital payments. You will drive 0-1 development efforts in a large-scale environment, coordinate cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Agility Leads, Engineering Leads, Design, Analytics), manage intake, dependencies, and risks, and provide executive-facing reporting. You will ensure accurate data in systems of record (JIRA/JIRA Align), collaborate to scale agile practices, govern delivery metrics and planning, maintain deep knowledge of product vision and roadmap, and foster continuous improvement across the portfolio. Key responsibilities include cross-functional ceremonies to confirm scope and timing, escalation of risks, and partnering with teams to drive efficiencies and reduce waste, while communicating results and upcoming focus areas to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project and/or program management with demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Expert in JIRA / Jira Align, and Confluence
- Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders (e.g., heads of product, engineer leaders) and driving informed decisions
- Strong knowledge of engineering practices, and the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies and metrics to shape and lead delivery
- Strong understanding of product delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience working with industry-first products that are being actively designed, developed, and implemented
- Proficiency in collaboration and communication tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
- Preferred qualifications: Experience in digital payments including mobile wallets, online checkout, BNPL, pay with points
