Vice President- Product Agility Lead

Job Summary
Lead agile adoption and continuous improvement as a Senior VP role by championing Agile practices, guiding product delivery strategies, and coaching teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities include leading quarterly planning and retrospectives, identifying opportunities to improve product value and team performance, developing delivery plans that surface dependencies and risks, facilitating risk discovery sessions, translating complex challenges into actionable insights, fostering cross-team collaboration, and ensuring concise, high-quality communication. Required skills include deep Agile coaching expertise, proficiency with Jira/Confluence, and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks; plus ability to influence stakeholders and drive measurable delivery improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in agile methodologies and project management
- Advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages and best practices
- Advanced knowledge of agile delivery with Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Confluence, Jira and Jira Align
- Formal training on Agile coaching (recognized certifications)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
