Vice President, Private Wealth Sales (Bilignual - Spanish/English)

Job Summary
Drive sales across intermediary private wealth channels by managing a sales territory, prospecting new opportunities, and conducting face-to-face meetings, video conferences, and direct telephone conversations. Provide valuable market insight, portfolio construction guidance, and investment product solutions to Financial Advisors and their clients through active listening and consultative selling. Coordinate internal and external prospect meetings with senior team members while leveraging existing networks to ensure immediate production. Maintain mastery of skills including outstanding communication, advanced customer service, and deep investment knowledge to uncover and qualify new opportunities. Fluent in Spanish and English required with 7+ years of financial services sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of financial services sales with strong relationships in RIA, Wirehouses, Private Banks, Family Offices and Independent Broker Dealers
- Proven private markets experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
- Bachelor's Degree with an area of concentration in Finance, Business, Management, or Communication
- Series 6 or 7 and 63 required with a clean U4
- Strong communication skills; in-person, over the phone, and in writing
- Excellent priority management
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- CFA and/or CAIA designations is a plus
- Portuguese is a plus
- Prior experience localizing marketing and sales materials (presentations, pitchbooks, factsheets) for specific regions, platforms or Advisor segments
- Background or familiarity with private markets (e.g., private equity, private credit, real assets) and their application in private wealth portfolios
