Job Summary
Lead strategic oversight, governance, and optimization of the investment portfolio within TD Securities' CIB Business Management. Develop and implement enhanced datasets and performance metrics; oversee portfolio health, performance trends, and governance under the internal Investment Governance Framework. Drive capital and treasury optimization, SPV and investor management, and support collaboration with Investment Bankers, Legal & Compliance, and Finance to inform strategic decision-making and reporting. Requires ability to translate regulatory requirements into governance policies and to lead councils and influence senior stakeholders."
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Keen interest and at least 1-2 years' experience in investment oversight, capital markets, or portfolio management an asset; at least 5+ years total work experience preferred.
