Job Summary
Lead pricing and return analysis for new aviation financing opportunities across aircraft, engines, and related collateral. Develop and review transaction models, including debt sizing, cash flows, downside scenarios, sensitivities, and risk-adjusted returns. Assess aircraft and engine values, lease economics, borrower credit quality, and transaction structures to support investment decisions. Partner with Origination and Investments on structuring, commercial terms, and preparation of materials for internal approval. Monitor market pricing, funding costs, asset values, and aviation trends to ensure competitive and disciplined underwriting. Provide oversight and development to junior members of the Pricing team and help enhance pricing tools, processes, and analytics.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years' relevant experience in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, structured finance or a related investment role
- Strong financial modelling, credit analysis and transaction structuring skills
- Deep understanding of commercial aircraft economics, asset values and financing structures
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to communicate recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
- Degree in finance, economics, business, engineering or a related discipline
