Job Summary
Execute credit investment strategy for US and Non-US evergreen funds, supporting portfolio construction, allocation, and liquidity management across private credit opportunities. Manage provision of liquidity analysis, subscription/redemption workflows, credit facility sizing, and hedging while developing stress testing scenarios incorporating spreads and defaults. Lead discussions on investment capacity and attend strategy committee meetings to build diversified portfolios with clear risk budgets. Support fundraising activities, present recommendations to the internal Evergreen Portfolio Management Committee, and collaborate with Legal and Regulatory teams for board reporting. Maintain awareness of new product roadmaps to aid launches and assist in scaling the Credit Evergreen team.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of private credit investing experience
- Track record in designing and implementing targeted portfolio construction in credit portfolios
- Experience encompassing sub asset classes with varying risk and return profiles
- Knowledge of evergreen products and regulations including those with monthly or quarterly redemptions
- Sufficient IT capability to interact with colleagues in the design, implementation and improvement of tools designed to improve portfolio management
- Top level communications skills with ability to deliver it across mediums
- 8-10 Years experience in relevant roles
- Permanent, full-time basis

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.S), or equivalent experience
- Masters in Business Administration
