Job Summary
Own and execute product roadmap items aligned to team vision and OKRs, translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones. Drive sprint execution with engineering and design teams to ensure timely feature delivery with high quality and reliability. Improve end-to-end user journeys and enhance UI/UX, navigation, and developer experience by leveraging analytics and customer feedback loops. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage production issues, and support integration with backend systems including API onboarding, search, and authentication. Ensure product decisions align with technical feasibility, scalability, and security compliance while driving improvements in API documentation and developer tooling. Manage release readiness, operational resilience, and backlog prioritization for technical debt and stability improvements. Contribute to AI-driven enhancements across search, chatbot, and personalization features.
Required Qualifications
- 10-13 years of total experience
- Strong understanding of agile delivery and product lifecycle management
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, business)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
