Vice President, Physician Practice Management

Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for the operational, financial, and service performance of Woman's employed physician practices, advanced practice providers, and assigned clinic operations. Develop and execute physician practice strategies that align with organizational growth objectives while building and leading a high-performing management team. Optimize practice operations through effective staffing, scheduling, and clinic flow initiatives, and achieve financial objectives by monitoring budgets and improving revenue cycle performance. Oversee physician contracting, lead growth initiatives including market expansion and practice acquisitions, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies. Champion quality improvement, value-based care, and alternative payment models to improve clinical and operational outcomes. Represent the hospital through administrative calls, committees, and community engagement events.
