Job Summary
Design and execute a comprehensive philanthropic growth strategy aligned with the Foundation's asset growth targets, forecasting revenue and establishing measurable performance metrics. Cultivate and steward an active network of estate attorneys, CPAs, and wealth managers as referral partners while serving as the principal technical resource on complex charitable vehicles. Structure and close complex multi-year gifts, including charitable remainder trusts and gifts of closely held business interests, and manage a personal portfolio of high-net-worth donor relationships. Lead the Philanthropic Services Team through coaching and role definition, while serving as a core member of the Leadership Team to contribute to organization-wide strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Ten or more years of relevant experience in estate planning law, wealth management, trust administration, planned giving, or comparable philanthropic advisory work
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- D., CFP®, CTFA, CAP®, CFRE, or equivalent credential
- Demonstrated equivalent technical expertise
- Advanced or professional degree
- Existing relationships within the Palm Beach and Martin County professional advisor community
- Demonstrated team leadership and staff development experience
