Job Summary
Senior VP, People & Talent responsible for building and scaling a globally distributed People organization, overseeing Global People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Workspaces, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions, payroll/benefits/mobility, vendor management, and data governance; lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and the People technology ecosystem; partner with Legal and Finance on compliance and budgeting; drive organizational design, leadership development, and performance standards; provide data-informed insights on team health and risk; define workspaces strategy for offices, remote environments, and distributed teams; manage real estate strategy and workplace standards across locations; roles focus on scalable infrastructure, accountability, and growth.
