Job Summary

Vice President, People Experience & Rewards (PxR) leads enterprise talent, culture, engagement, and rewards strategy across the organization, including enterprise learning, leadership and talent management, organizational effectiveness, total rewards, job architecture, governance, privacy and data standards, HR analytics, workforce planning, and LMS. Responsible for setting direction for enterprise learning, leadership and talent programs; driving performance management, career development, succession, and governance; partnering with executives to align people strategies with business priorities; ensuring compliance with policies and regulations; and delivering data-informed insights to support workforce strategy. Requires senior-level collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate with credibility at the executive and board levels; strong focus on employee experience, wellbeing, and engagement, with experience in a large, diverse workforce, including unionized or public sector environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years related experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a unionized and/or public sector environment
  • Certifications: Canadian Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation considered an asset
