Job Summary
Lead the Virginia Tourism Corporation’s strategic partnership marketing initiatives to enhance tourism growth across the Commonwealth. Oversee marketing strategies, grant distribution, and community engagement while collaborating with industry stakeholders to drive the implementation of the 2026 Statewide Tourism Plan.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership in tourism, destination marketing, economic development, or related field
- Deep knowledge of tourism marketing strategies and community development
- Proven success collaborating with industry stakeholders and public/private partners
- Strong communicator and team builder with sharp organizational skills
- Ability to act with integrity and work collaboratively with state agencies and communities
- Valid Virginia driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
