Job Summary
Lead the VP-level Paid Search for Payments within Commercial & Investment Banking, owning the paid search program and SEM strategies to drive acquisition, leads, and growth. Partner with Analytics, Content, Product Marketing, UX, and the broader paid media team to deliver executive-ready reporting, test-and-learn roadmaps, and compliant, data-driven optimization. Responsibilities include steering keyword research, audience segmentation, ad copy testing, landing page recommendations, and conducting A/B testing to unlock efficiency and conversion improvements, while maintaining alignment with risk and regulatory standards and cross-functional governance.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing paid search/SEM/lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with organic search, SA360, and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance trends and make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent relationship skills: highly collaborative, able to build rapport and credibility, and drive desired business outcomes
- Ability to translate technical concepts into presentations that can be understood by non-technical audiences
- Exceptional partnering skills, with the ability to navigate a large organization
- Solutions-oriented, with the ability to problem-solve and present data-driven solutions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to develop and execute action plans based on available information
- Experience managing campaigns with meaningful budgets and performance goals
- Excellent communication skills, including confidence presenting insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

- Experience in financial services and/or highly regulated industries
- B2B media experience
- Familiarity with integrated search strategies, including SEO and landing page optimization
- Interest in evolving areas of search, including automation, AI-driven optimization, and audience-first marketing strategies
- Experience in managing large budgets and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
