Job Summary
Senior Vice President / Vice President, Business Transformation within the Finance Strategy & Operations group. Governs end-to-end delivery of key finance initiatives, liaises with business, technology, data, and vendors, and drives strategic priorities across Finance. Builds trusted stakeholder relationships, synthesizes complex data into clear, consumable insights, leads prioritization and planning with senior leaders, and mentors direct reports. Responsible for defining project scope, creating artifacts (project plan, charter), facilitating working sessions, developing new processes with business partners, delivering trainings, managing risks/issues, and driving initiatives to measurable outcomes. Requires strong analytical abilities, storytelling through presentations, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint and collaborative tools (Jira/Confluence, Monday.com, Visio). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 10–12+ years of related experience depending on role depth; adaptable to a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering results and maintaining high standards of communication and governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting
- 12+ years in transformation, process improvement, project management, change management, and/or business analysis within the financial services industry (investment management) for Senior Vice President; experience in Big 4 or comparable consulting; track record in advisory/transformation; experience managing/growing direct reports; strong analytical and storytelling skills; proficiency with data manipulation and tools; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira/Confluence, Monday.com, Visio
- Experience as Vice President: 10+ years in transformation, process improvement, project management, change management, and/or business analysis within financial services; Big 4/consulting background; lead/mentor direct reports; strong communication and data skills; same toolset proficiency as above; bachelor’s degree in related field
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting
