Job Summary

Design, build, and scale Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that support Treasury, executive leadership, and business stakeholders. Develop DAX measures, automate manual reporting processes, and leverage governed enterprise datasets to improve timeliness, consistency, and scalability. Partner with Technology Solutions and data owners to enhance data accessibility, quality, and usability while validating data across multiple systems. Identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to Treasury workflows and develop next-generation reporting capabilities. Provide ongoing user support, training, and guidance on delivered analytics solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, data management or related technical disciplines, preferably within the financial services sector
  • Advanced experience developing reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI
  • Extensive experience with DAX, semantic models and data modeling
  • Strong SQL skills and experience querying large and complex datasets
  • Experience integrating data from multiple systems and sources
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, limitations and appropriate use of AI generated outputs
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions and partnering with both business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Experience within asset management, private credit, banking, treasury, capital markets, lending or financial services
  • Knowledge of fund structures, financing facilities, leverage, liquidity management, portfolio analytics or related disciplines
  • Experience participating in data governance, data quality or reporting governance initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about working in office and creating a Gold Standard hybrid work culture
