Job Summary
Lead design and implementation of data transfer strategies and ensure data quality standards across operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, monitor data transfer activities, implement best practices in data management and integration, and provide insights on data-driven strategies to support decision-making and improve client experience. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Operations Management; strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; proficiency in data management tools; knowledge of Payments Operations preferred; AI tools proficiency is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Operations Management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive process improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in data management tools and techniques, ensuring high-quality data transfer and integration
- Strong knowledge of Payments Operations is preferred
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools is an advantage
