Vice President, OPS AI Implementation Analyst

Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and refine AI and Generative AI solutions using LLMs, building and optimizing prompts, RAG workflows, and embeddings. Fine-tune foundation models for specific business use cases and create end-to-end pipelines covering data preparation, inference, and monitoring. Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify AI opportunities, conduct proof-of-concepts, and apply responsible AI governance requirements. Document reusable methods and best practices to drive broader adoption. Deliver practical LLM-based use cases and proof-of-concepts within the first 90 days while operating independently with limited supervision.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in AI, ML, Data Science, or Generative AI development
- Experience working with LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral, Gemini, or similar models
- Strong understanding of ML fundamentals, NLP, deep learning, model evaluation, and Generative AI concepts
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and move from concept to delivery with limited handholding
- LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, NLP, and text analytics
- Model evaluation, benchmarking, monitoring, responsible AI, AI safety, and governance
- Agentic AI, AI orchestration, and reusable AI workflow design
- Python, SQL, Git, CI/CD practices, TensorFlow or PyTorch
- LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI Services
- Snowflake, vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, or Weaviate; Azure, AWS, or GCP AI services
Desired Qualifications
- An additional qualification in Business Management (MBA or equivalent)
- Strong command of AI terminology, concepts, tools, and industry trends
- Analytical problem-solver with the ability to challenge assumptions and improve model outcomes through experimentation
- Clear communicator who can explain AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-driven, curious, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving AI environment
