Job Summary
Oversee assigned facilities, service lines, and ancillary functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Drive continuous improvement, standardize processes, enhance service delivery, and support innovation in care models and service line development while partnering with clinical and operational stakeholders. Collaborate closely with facility leaders, physicians, and community stakeholders to meet evolving patient and community needs. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer & Hospital Administrator or a designated regional executive leader.
Required Qualifications
- 10 plus years of relevant experience
- 8 years of people leader experience
- ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed and relationship-driven culture
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- operations, financial, quantitative, and analytical management
- precise and detail orientated skills
- interpersonal; negotiation, including problem solving and analytical skills
- presentation skills
- ability to lead groups and programs
- understanding of Joint Commission, state, and federal guidelines, regulations and standards
