Job Summary
Oversee operational oversight for assigned facilities, service lines, and ancillary functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Drive continuous improvement, standardize processes, enhance service delivery, and support innovation in care models alongside clinical and operational stakeholders. Collaborate closely with facility leaders, physicians, and community stakeholders to meet evolving patient and community needs while advancing strategic and operational priorities across hospitals and care delivery sites. This leader reports to the Chief Operating Officer & Hospital Administrator or a designated regional executive leader.
