Vice President, Operations

Lead the Operations function for Rolls-Royce Solutions in Aiken, SC, accountable for production, maintenance, facility management, and safe, efficient delivery of site performance; serve as Site Lead representing Rolls-Royce externally and align local functions through leadership and engagement initiatives; set and execute the Aiken Operations strategy in line with budgets and plans to position the site for resilient growth; coordinate cross-functional delivery with Quality, Logistics, Reman/Overhaul, Purchasing, and other partners to achieve cost, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery targets; drive operational excellence through process effectiveness, performance measurement, and Lean methodologies; collaborate with headquarters and global leaders to align tooling, procedures, maintenance cycles, production planning, quality standards, supplier audits, and environmental obligations; lead and develop direct reporting teams while managing resources, risks, and development plans within governance frameworks; act as accountable leader for Health, Safety and Environmental management and ensure product integrity and quality system discipline.
