Vice President, Operations

Job Summary
Lead and direct manufacturing operations across the Product Category’s facilities to achieve world-class manufacturing with zero quality defects, 100% on-time delivery, and year-over-year productivity improvements. Manage Directors of Operations and plant leadership within a matrix organization; ensure quality, safety, regulatory compliance (QMS, FDA), and continuous improvement through the Integer Production System and lean initiatives. Develop and oversee annual budget, collaborate with Finance on financial targets, and drive cross-functional initiatives with Commercial teams. Build and lead a high-performing, talent-driven organization with extensive travel/relocation as required; interact with customers as needed; contribute to product strategy and capacity planning. Education & experience requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 8–10 years of senior manufacturing leadership, with preferred healthcare/regulatory industry exposure and a demonstrated ability to deliver quality, on-time products and cost-efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering or similar technical discipline
- 8-10 years senior management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industry with multiple plant leadership preferred
- Proven track record delivering high quality products on time and on budget
- Lean manufacturing methodologies experience
- Ability to travel globally and relocate as required
- Strong leadership, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of P&L and balance sheet; ability to analyze financial performance
