Job Summary
As the Vice President of Operational Asset Management, you will oversee the maintenance, physical operation, and lifecycle management of airport facilities and systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of critical assets. You will lead the development of cost-effective maintenance programs and manage complex operating budgets. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of experience in facility management, and a valid NC Driver’s License. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees and professional certifications. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and commitment to operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, business, facility management, or related field.
- 10 or more years of experience in maintaining critical systems, complex facilities, and overseeing a complex maintenance organization, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid NC Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering preferred.
- Commercial Airport experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or the ability to attain such licensure within six months.
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional designation
