Job Summary
Serve as the CEO's strategic advisor and deputy, supporting corporate vision, executive decision-making, and organizational alignment. Oversee company-wide performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives across large-scale power and energy projects. Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs while providing executive-level insights, risk assessment, and governance support. Maintain alignment between corporate strategy and major projects within the Oil & Gas ecosystem. This senior leadership role requires proven executive experience in power, energy, or EPC organizations with a strong background in corporate strategy and business transformation.
Required Qualifications
- GCC Experience
- Proven executive leadership experience in power, energy, or EPC organizations
- Strong experience within the Oil & Gas sector
- Solid background in corporate strategy, organizational leadership, and business transformation
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and executive decision-making skills
- Experience providing executive-level support and acting as a deputy to senior leadership (CEO)
