Job Summary
Delta360 seeks a strategic, innovative technology executive to serve as Vice President of Technology. This leadership role owns the technology vision, enterprise systems roadmap, cybersecurity framework, data strategy, and digital transformation initiatives to enable operational excellence, customer service, and growth. Responsibilities include developing multi-year technology strategy, advising executive leadership on technology investments, leading infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM/HRIS/BI platforms, data governance, vendor management, automation opportunities, and enterprise system implementations across multiple sites. The role requires overseeing budgets, vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory and security compliance, driving AI/automation initiatives, and mentoring technology staff. The VP will partner with executives to align technology with business objectives, scale systems for acquisitions and geographic expansion, and improve reporting, decision making, and performance across Delta360. Requires 10+ years of technology leadership and a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred); experience with ERP/CRM/BI, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and multi-site operations; strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills; travel up to moderate levels.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience leading enterprise technology strategy in a multi-site or multi-state organization
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, systems integration, cloud infrastructure, networking, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and enterprise risk management
- Experience managing ERP, CRM, financial systems, operational systems, customer-facing technology platforms, and business intelligence tools
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, NetSuite, SalesForce, cybersecurity tools, networking infrastructure, and cloud technologies
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale technology implementations, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience developing and managing technology budgets, vendor relationships, project portfolios, and technology roadmaps
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategy with operational, financial, and growth objectives
- Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- High attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience within energy, fuel distribution, lubricant distribution, propane, logistics, industrial services, transportation, manufacturing, or related industries
- Experience supporting multi-state operations, acquisitions, new location integrations, or rapid company growth
- Experience leading ERP migrations, CRM implementations, business intelligence initiatives, customer portal projects, or enterprise software modernization
- Familiarity with GCP, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and related business productivity tools
- Experience evaluating and implementing artificial intelligence, automation, workflow management, and advanced analytics solutions
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, Azure, GCP, or related credentials preferred
- Experience managing managed service providers, software vendors, telecommunications providers, cybersecurity vendors, and implementation partners
