Job Summary

Own day-to-day technology operations across infrastructure, network, endpoints, telephony, and end-user support at all GBFB sites while defining and reporting against service levels. Lead end-to-end cybersecurity including identity management, vulnerability control, incident response, and awareness training aligned to NIST and CIS standards. Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for distribution centers, regional sites, and cloud systems. Drive enterprise architecture direction for application portfolios and systems of record, retiring manual bridges with supported integrations. Manage the PMO team, vendor contracts, and technology project portfolio with strict CAPEX and OPEX budget discipline. Partner with Strategy & Intelligence on data, analytics, and AI agendas. Lead and develop a technology team spanning infrastructure, security, applications, and project delivery while serving as the primary technology voice to the executive team.

Required Qualifications

  • Ten or more years of professional technology experience
  • At least five years leading teams and owning a full IT operating environment
  • Demonstrated accountability for a cybersecurity program in an organization without a large dedicated security staff
  • Track record managing managed service providers or other outsourced delivery models
  • Experience owning ERP and/or warehouse management systems in a distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environment
  • Experience leading system integration or modernization work from definition through delivery
  • Ownership of CAPEX and OPEX budgets
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and Board members
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • Equivalent practical experience to a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • Direct experience with NetSuite
  • Direct experience with Salesforce
  • Experience operating in a structure where data and analytics sit in a partner function rather than reporting to technology
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP or ITIL
  • Ability to work in an office environment
  • Ability to sit for up to 3 hours at a time
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without assistance
  • Ability to use hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
  • Ability to travel based on business needs
