Job Summary
The Vice President of Tax at Chemours is responsible for global tax strategy and compliance, reporting directly to the CFO. Requires extensive experience in tax leadership and a bachelor's degree, with a preference for advanced degrees or CPAs. Competitive salary range of $227,837 to $355,995.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Extensive experience (15+ years) in tax leadership roles
- Deep knowledge of US and international tax laws
- Demonstrated success in tax planning, compliance, and audit management
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree or CPA preferred
- Experience with tax technology and ERP systems is a plus
