Job Summary
Develop and execute the enterprise supply chain planning strategy across demand, supply, inventory, SIOP, and IBP. Lead enterprise forecasting to improve accuracy, balance customer demand with supplier capabilities, and mitigate supply disruptions. Own the monthly executive SIOP/IBP process, presenting recommendations to leadership and aligning operational plans with financial objectives. Monitor key performance indicators including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and OTIF while championing planning technology initiatives and ERP optimization. Requires 15+ years of leadership experience and up to 20% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years leading supply chain planning organizations
- Experience leading SIOP/IBP in healthcare, medical products, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Proven success leading planning transformation initiatives
- Experience with ERP systems
- Travel up to 20%
- Travel to distribution centers, suppliers, and business partners
Desired Qualifications
- MBA
- Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)
- Advanced knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, ERP systems, advanced planning tools, business intelligence platforms, KPI management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership
