Job Summary
Executive-level sales leadership role responsible for developing and executing Roshal Health's national strategic sales plan, leading a high-performing enterprise sales organization, personally closing high-value healthcare partnerships, and engaging C-suite stakeholders throughout complex sales cycles. Responsibilities include strategic revenue growth, building and managing the national sales team, securing enterprise partnerships with hospitals and health systems, leveraging executive relationships to accelerate opportunities, negotiating contracts, and driving disciplined, consultative sales practices. Requires a Bachelor's degree with extensive healthcare sales experience, a proven ability to close multi-year agreements, and strong understanding of healthcare operations, workforce solutions, and pricing/contract strategies. This is a full-time, remote-enabled role with travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 15 years healthcare sales and business development experience
- 7 years sales leadership experience
- proven track record of closing enterprise healthcare services agreements
- experience selling to hospitals, health systems, IDNs, and enterprise healthcare organizations
