Job Summary
Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Jobs for America’s Graduates – Kansas (JAG-K) leads strategic oversight for stakeholder stewardship, client development, and organizational capacity-building; directs development and execution of pilot and large-scale initiatives; designs sustainable, revenue-generating business models to support Future Success Kansas’s products and services; serves as General Counsel providing legal guidance and strategic counsel; offers a flexible work environment with periodic remote work and occasional travel; works Monday–Friday to support all departments and advance education, workforce development, and organizational growth.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (preferred)
- 6 years of experience in marketing, communication or sales
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- live in Kansas or be willing to relocate
