Job Summary
Vice President of Service oversees strategic direction and operational performance of the Service Division, drives sales growth and customer satisfaction, staffing, budgeting, and process optimization while fostering innovation and accountability. Leads design and execution of sales and marketing strategies to expand recurring maintenance revenue across regions. Collaborates with executive teams, HR, finance, and operations to align division performance with goals and long-term profitability. Partners with CFO on financial oversight and performance metrics; recruits and develops talent; strengthens leadership capabilities; and implements budgeting, reporting, and administrative systems to enhance efficiency. Requires MBA or business degree and 10+ years in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Energy Services with strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
Required Qualifications
- MBA preferred or Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Energy Services
- Demonstrated success in field sales, marketing and value-based selling in building services
- Superior verbal and written skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Skilled in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex projects
- Strong analysis and judgment skills
- Ability to influence, build consensus and navigate diverse stakeholder needs
- Advanced computer skills
- Demonstrates ability to communicate at all levels
- Valid Florida Driver's License required
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, evening work may be required
Desired Qualifications
