Job Summary
Vice President of Sales to lead and accelerate the Raleigh sales organization for Storr Office Environments. Drive revenue growth, build and develop a high-performing sales team, shape strategic go-to-market plans, and cultivate executive-level customer relationships in commercial interiors, contract furniture, and workplace solutions. Responsibilities include developing quarterly and annual sales strategies, leading business development, forecasting, coaching, establishing KPIs, and closing high-value opportunities while developing future leaders and ensuring accountability across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
- Commercial interiors, contract furniture, workplace solutions experience strongly preferred
- Office furniture dealership experience highly preferred
- Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L leadership experience
