Job Summary
Vice President of Sales to oversee and scale the Florida sales organization, leading strategy, recruiting, coaching, accountability, and expansion initiatives across the state. Build and develop high-performing roofing sales teams, implement scalable sales processes, drive revenue growth, manage KPI reporting, and partner with marketing and operations to maximize customer experience. Lead from the front with hands-on leadership, culture-building, and performance-driven management to recruit elite talent, create momentum, and dominate markets in Florida.
