Job Summary
Vice President of Sales for residential cabinetry and building products responsible for national strategy across dealer, distributor, contractor, and OEM channels; will lead Inside and Outside Sales teams, drive revenue growth, expand market share, and manage pricing, contract negotiations, and margin optimization while representing the company at industry events and coordinating with marketing, operations, and product teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within residential building products, with direct experience in cabinetry, millwork, or architectural wood products
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing sales teams across multiple channels (dealer, distributor, contractor, OEM)
- Experience working with kitchen and bath dealers, pro dealers, or building material distribution networks
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing new business opportunities
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
