Vice President of Sales

Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership for enterprise sales initiatives across Illuminus communities, driving occupancy growth, lead conversion, and resident engagement. Lead and develop high-performing sales teams; implement systems and processes to enhance census performance and resident experience. Partner with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to advance growth objectives and establish a consistent, relationship-centered sales culture across all communities. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to modernize sales processes, enable data-driven decision making, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy. Based in the Madison or Milwaukee area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of seven to ten years of progressive sales leadership experience required
- Experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site service organizations strongly preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and executive leadership capabilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and organizational initiatives
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and performance reporting platforms
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization
- Strong coaching and team development skills
