Job Summary

Provide strategic leadership for enterprise sales initiatives across Illuminus communities, driving occupancy growth, lead conversion, and resident engagement. Lead and develop high-performing sales teams; implement systems and processes to enhance census performance and resident experience. Partner with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to advance growth objectives and establish a consistent, relationship-centered sales culture across all communities. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to modernize sales processes, enable data-driven decision making, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy. Based in the Madison or Milwaukee area.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of seven to ten years of progressive sales leadership experience required
  • Experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site service organizations strongly preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and executive leadership capabilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and organizational initiatives
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and performance reporting platforms
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
