Job Summary

Executive leader responsible for enterprise sales strategy and driving occupancy growth across Illuminus senior living communities. Leads cross-functional sales initiatives, develops high-performing sales teams, and implements systems to enhance resident experience and accountability. Collaborates with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to align growth objectives and cultivate a relationship-centered sales culture across multiple communities. Based in the Madison or Milwaukee areas with oversight across enterprise occupancy, lead generation and conversion, and resident engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of seven to ten years of progressive sales leadership experience required.
  • Experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site service organizations strongly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and executive leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and organizational initiatives.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and performance reporting platforms.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong coaching and team development skills.
  • Commitment to the mission, values, and culture of Illuminus.
  • Demonstrated success in Occupancy and census growth, Lead generation and conversion strategy, Sales systems and CRM management, Team leadership and development, Multi-site sales operations, Strategic planning and execution, Data-driven decision making, Resident experience initiatives.
